Consumers are snapping up Wii Fit with feverish demand as stock sells out all over America.
Brian White over at Bloggging Stocks visited eleven major retails outlets in the United States to obtain a copy of the elusive Wii Fit and returned empty handed as Wii Fit mania dominates American soil.

EA are looking to utilize the Wii Fit balance board accessory for their upcoming skate game for the Wii.
Although EA are currently remaining ‘mum’ regarding specific details, they have officially confirmed that their forthcoming instalment in their critically acclaimed Skate franchise will fully support the Wii balance board.

EA Sports recently appointed President, Peter Moore, causally let slip that his company are considering producing a game similar in style to the phenomenally popular Wii Fit.
Branding it under the company’s ‘Freestyle’ label, Moore iterated that the title will be suitably different from Wii Fit with an apparent emphasis on fun rather than actual training.

Wii Fit has undoubtedly been a phenomenal success for Nintendo in Europe, now the infatuation looks set to extend to the United States.
Amazon.com is reporting that pre-orders for the title, due for release May 19th, are continuing to defying expectations with 2.5 copies of the game being reserved every single minute.

Wii Fit sprints to the top of the all formats charts in the United Kingdom.
Fending off established acts such as Mario Kart and Gran Turismo 5, Wii Fit successfully clamours to the top of the all formats charts whilst breaking some sales records at the same time.

Wii Fit has been declared an undisputed success in the United Kingdom with Woolworths stating that 90 copies of the fitness title are being sold every single minute.
Elsewhere huge queues have adorned outside retailers this morning with consumers itching to get their hands on what could easily become Nintendo’s best selling title this year.
