Disaster Day of Crisis has flopped spectacularly in retail outlets throughout Europe, with the action adventure title thoroughly unable to break into the all-important top 50 all formats chart in the UK.

Without the stereotypical fan fare attributed to the release of a high profile game, Disaster; Day Of Crisis has proceeded to sell a more-than-respectable 10,000 copies upon its day of release.
After being released in Japan, it has already sold 10,000 copies in one day.

With an eerie silence surrounding its progress many in the games industry thought Disaster: Day of Crisis would in fact turn out to be a catastrophic mess, thankfully Famitsu say this isn’t the case.
Japanese publication Famitsu has scored Nintendo’s mysterious third-person adventure a whopping 34/40, getting 9/10 scores from two of the magazine’s four reviewers.

Fresh evidence has surfaced regarding the very existence of vapour ware title, Disaster Day Of Crisis.
The game which is under development by The Monolith is currently being rated by the Australian Classification Board (ACB). The troubled game has received an ‘M’ for violence and includes infrequent coarse language.

The elusive action packed title is finally dated by a German online retailer.
Just when you thought this ultra mysterious title had vanished from the ever-expanding gaming horizon, a German online retailer goes and pencil’s in a tentative European release date; May 30th, 2008.
