Nintendo Wii: Capcom Now Believe Resident Evil 5 Is Possible On Wii

residentevil5_2

Capcom’s Matt Dahlgren has told gaming press that he believes it will be possible to port Resident Evil 5 onto the Nintendo Wii after developers at Capcom Japan witnessed the miraculous work the team have done with Resident Evil: Darkside Chronicles.

“At Resident Evil 5’s launch it was announced that a Wii version was not technically possible. But after some of the work that Cavia has done (with Resident Evil: Darkside Chronicles), the producers of Resident Evil 5 over in Japan now think it is possible. Some of the light effects in the South America stage are pretty incredible. Whether it is going to come, I don’t know the answer to that question. But, it has been said that now at least it is possible.”

I don’t think you guys read it properly. They said its ‘possible’ not were going to make a Wii version. I’m sure they could do a port to any game if they really tried but like Sonic unleashed for Wii. Don’t expect the original quality. If this dose happen I picture it to look like Resident Evil 4 or a little better but good luck though.
