Saddening news for those gamers who enjoy delving into obscure Japanese games or the latest American titles as news filters through that the forthcoming Nintendo DSi will in-fact be region locked to specific territories.
DSi software (software that is only compatible with DSi) is region locked, eg: European DSi software can only be played on European DSi consoles.
